Who we are
Our Vision
A life long journey into the field of alternative therapies and modern practices of embodiment has led us to believe that the common thread across the cognitive based and somatic based interventions is the implementation of self regulations and co-regulation strategies.
We are proud to present our thriving community of members with an idea who’s time has come; the summoning of an Archetype long lost to our modern culture…
The embodiment of wisdom through self study, insight, mentorship, art and community; The Sage — a center for transformational wellness, in the heart of Oslo.
The Sage is a wellness center dedicated to fueling individuals on their path to wholeness.
Our services are curated and designed to optimize flow states and a result of engaging in movement arts, heat and cold exposure, therapeutic bodywork, mindfulness and suspension in the oceanic embrace of the floating experiences, which I have come to believe – no wellness strategy is complete without it.
Having spent most of our summer assembling the team, sourcing our funding and collaborations, curating the venue and forging strong partnerships; we ‘the bone and marrow’ of The Sage have prepared the very path you intended to walk. For some it’s a path of self reclamation, for others a deeper commitment to serve.

Meet our team
Noemy
Co-founder
Passionate about creative, expressive and free movement; Noemy lives to embody the art of touch. Her work is about exploring consciousness, how we find integration, how we heal, how we transform.
As a therapist, she draws on traditional Chinese philosophy, modern bioenergetics and relational practices of embodiment.
Oriental school of thought meets modern day bodywork.
We meet as equals and work from wholeness. She has lived and traveled the world round, on demand by royal families and elites as a therapeutic resource and as corporate trainer for the Aman Resorts.
This wealth of knowledge in the high end hospitality industry combined with exceptional relational skills is what I intend to infuse this project with. That and…a little help from my friends!
I’m a full time mother and full time wife and full time poet.
On my spare time ?
I enjoy fire dancing and the art of surviving Brazilian Jui-jitsu.
Otto
Co-founder – Psychologist – Instructor
Otto’s transition to psychology was driven by a desire for deeper human connection and a shift from purely analytical problem-solving to emotional integration. Having practiced for years as a Civil Engineer (MSc), he values logic but now uses that analytical clarity to help clients identify the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. By bridging the gap between thinking and feeling, his goal is to expand a client’s “room for maneuver” and help them reclaim the freedom to make deliberate choices in their lives.
Stavroula
Reception – Massage Therapist
With over 10 years of experience in the wellness and hospitality industry across Greece, the UK, and Norway, Stavroula has worked in prestigious establishments and 5-star hotels, specializing in massage, facial, and body treatments. Passionate about pampering and promoting well-being, she brings a warm and personal touch to every session and every customer visit to The Sage. Outside work, Stavroula enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, embracing the beauty and tranquility of nature.
Julia
Reception – Yoga
You will find Julia at The Sage guiding yoga classes with presence and warmth, and occasionally welcoming you at reception – (when she is not blissed out in the infrared sauna). Every one of her classes comes from an intuitive, grounded place, for you to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in yourself. Together with being a yoga teacher, she is also a photographer, passionate about capturing the quiet power of human connection.
