We invite you to a series of events facilitated by the wonderful Pallak, a trained dancer and certified yoga facilitator from India, who brings nearly a decade of experience in Kathak, Belly Dance, and healing practices. With a background in Psychology and Philosophy, she’s passionate about enabling others to connect with their bodies through mindful movement.

Somatic (from the Greek word “soma,” meaning body) is all about experiencing and understanding your body from the inside out. Using this approach, we explore a yoga flow sequence to improve full-body mobility and mindful presence.
Let go of expectations and flow with the moment—each breath and movement a gentle path to deeper self-connection.
Ends with a soothing singing bowl meditation to ground and restore.
